After giving birth to our 1st child, I just googled for a pediatrician near us. Luckily we have found and chosen Dr. Wong. She is great with her job, is professional and friendly with my kid. She explains everything to us well, carefully listens to our concerns and patiently answers all my questions. Highly recommend.
I agree that Dr. Wong has ALWAYS been amazing and is beyond compassionate, I started going to her when I was a pre-teen, and now my twins go to her. I drive further to her office because I appreciate her willingness to listen to any concerns and have never felt rushed.
There is no way the previous poster is speaking about Dr. Wong. First, abuse is a very serious accusation based on what she’s saying, and completely out of character. This sounds like more of an isolated issue of a parent with an unruly, disrespectful child and that parent not wanting to take responsibility. Second, after seeing Dr. Wong for almost a decade and her continuing to have an endless amount of happy patients that I’ve talked to over the years in the waiting room, I don’t believe it. Plus, Dr. Wong knows what an ear infection looks like 🙄 One of my daughters saw her for tons of them. Dr Wong’s bedside manner is beyond amazing - she was always genuinely caring, gentle and loving to all my children. Her friendly staff has always been willing to answer my bazillion questions and help fit us in when we needed to be seen last minute. Check reviews on HealthGrades an other sites and decide for yourself. Love her!
She is knowledgeable, talks directly to my children, has a good sense of humor for dealing with my teens, and is kind. My kids really like her as their doctor.
This doctor is rough and abussive to children. Please be careful if you decide to take your child there. Also, she misdiagnosed my child. She said he looked fine, he got very sick overnight so I took him to the Urgent Care with a fever and there he was diagnosed with ear infection in both ears and prescribed antibiotics. She needs training on how to treat children.
We have been so pleased with all the doctors at Kelsey. Our first visit with Dr. Wong was great. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She asked lots of questions and directed them to my 12 year old as well. She took her time with us and didn't make us feel rushed. Easy to get appointments. You can call an actually talk with a live person on Saturday and Sundays to schedule appointments if you don't use the online service which is fabulous!
This doctor is rought and abussive to children. Parents please keep your eyes open.
Third time my son has seen this doctor. Each time she prescribes him nothing, recommends a bunch of over-the-counter crap and sends me on my way. If you are into paying a copay to have nothing done, this is the pediatrician for you! She will tell you things like, "It will get worse before it gets better" and "If this doesn't go away on it's own come back in x amount of days." (so you can burn another copay to have nothing prescribed) Yes, if you like to burn money, then she's great. 3 days of 101-103 fever for my 4 year old, and she was right, he is getting worse. Probably because she flat out REFUSED to prescribe antibiotics. I know my child. I brought him to a doctor because I knew how sick he was about to become. Now, it is 3 days later and yep, with no kind of professional treatment he has gotten worse. She really knows her stuff! Two BIG thumbs down for the glorified witch doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
