Not sure why we need to register on an ipad when we arrive at the office, since a real person has to hand it to you and tell you to do it...but not the end of the world... Otherwise the experience is excellent!

Excellent customer service. From making the appointment, front desk staff and nurses all are awesome. Very helpful and friendly. Dr. Lapin is a great doctor...great bedside manners.

Dr Lapin is so caring. My dad was in the hospital & still having pain. Instead of calling a resident or fellow, he came right up to see him. He was great at explaining everything to us all as well.
