It was my birthday on Sunday and I reveived a birthday text! It ruined my day. The hypocrisy in the intent to wish me well, upset me! I wish i could forget the shoddy dentures that Dr. Tran made for me, but i regret the day i allowed her every time I have to wear them! ! My review is not about the office or Dr. Tran, directly! I paid out of pocket, $2,650 for upper dentures almost 3 years ago. No dental insurance. Everything was fine...the staff, timing, treatments, until I received the finished product! The dentures was bigger than my mouth and the teeth made me look like I had buckteeth! I immediately told Dr. Tran, because the wax template was a perfect fit! What happened? Dr. Tran was very quiet and said the denture had to settle and to come back in a week! I told her assistant, not going to change...too big! I came back and Dr. Tran filed down the dentures, not the huge beautiful teeth! It was obvious to me that the doctor was not happy with my complaining. The doctor just said that IF I wanted to fix the dentures that I had to start all over again. I said...I don't have anothrr $2,650 and she shrugged her shoulders, told assistant to make an appointment for 1 month and walked away! I did not go back. One year later, they sent a reminder for a followup. I sent a message to say that I would never visit that office. The manager called me to say that Dr. Tran wanted to see how she could help me...I said... why didn't she do that a year ago? I refused. I'm disabled and it's hard for me to get around. I put this occurrence in my file, SCAMS! I now have insuranse, so I'm ok. I hope that Dr. Tran either received more training or does not work on dentures!

I've been going to Sunrise Dental for years, and the experience has always been great. The staff is professional, friendly, and treats my son and me like family. I highly recommend them!

I have been a patient at Sunrise Dental for many years, but I recently reconnected with the kindest dentist in the universe, Dr. Song Ahn. My recent experiences have been awesome. The staff is kind, friendly and knowledgeable. From the front desk staff, to the technicians and hygienist, everyone is very professional. A special thanks to Lupita and Dr. Ahn for taking such great care of me and my dental needs on Monday. Stephanie, Norma and all of the staff are just so kind. I recommend my friends, family, and co-workers to make Sunrise Dental their family dentist.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Tran. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Tran has excellent manners—professional, kind, and attentive. What stood out the most was how well she listened and made sure I felt heard throughout the entire appointment. Her work was top-notch, and she explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. It's rare to find a dentist who combines such great skill with such a caring attitude. I highly recommend Dr. Tran to anyone looking for high-quality dental care in a welcoming environment!
