Extremely disappointing experience with Super Dentists in Bellaire. Before the appointment, their office called repeatedly to schedule and confirm, yet no one took the time to properly verify or explain insurance requirements. At no point during those calls did they tell us that prior insurance verification would be required before being seen. We showed up for the appointment only to be told at the front desk that they could not see us because of insurance issues that should have been addressed ahead of time. This was especially frustrating because the appointment had already been rescheduled once by their office. To make matters worse, the original appointment was booked during one of their monthly specials in February. When their office rescheduled us for March, they refused to honor the same promotion, even though the change was not our fault. Communication overall was chaotic and unprofessional. Several scheduling calls were handled by staff who struggled to communicate clearly in English, which created confusion and misinformation during the booking process. Patients deserve transparency about insurance requirements before showing up to an appointment, not after taking time off work and arriving in person. Unfortunately, this felt like a disorganized and misleading experience, and we will not be returning.

This is a nice place to take your kids to the dentist. They have a lot of games that the can play with to keep them busy until they are call to back. Its nice and clean.

We love this place, not only is it aesthetically pleasing have Great staff. Made sure we were comfortable especially with twins and toddler. Dr was great! No long wait!
