GB and Dr. Maybry diligently took care of me at the ER and made sure I felt better before getting discharged. The staff were friendly and helpful. I hope you don't need it but if you do, I recommend this place!

Yes, ER visits are expensive, but the level of care and compassion we got tonight make that bill a bit easier to accept. I arrived at midnight with a very sick toddler as there are no 24 hour Urgent Cares in the area and she needed to be seen asap (she ended up having strep). The nurses and doctor were incredibly kind, patient, thorough and knowledgeable, but especially Tom. His demeanor and bedside manner were top notch and just what an anxious parent needs in that type of situation. Thank you all so much for taking care of our community. I’m incredibly grateful!

I came to Swift Star Emergency at River Oaks after a car accident, and I can’t say enough good things about the care we received. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, especially toward my son, which meant a lot during such a stressful time. Nurse Elia was gentle, patient, and made sure my son felt safe and comfortable. Doctor Alexander was thorough and reassuring, taking the time to explain everything in a way that helped both of us feel at ease. Radiologist Stephanie was also wonderful—efficient and caring, making the imaging process quick and stress-free. The entire team showed genuine compassion and professionalism, and I’m so thankful for how well they took care of me. They turned a scary experience into one where we felt supported every step of the way.

This place may have saved my life. Dr. Alexander and her staff (shout out to Craig) are so professional and compassionate. They're fully equipped for all kinds of testing, including CT scan. I would highly recommend this ER to anyone.
