I am regular patient here since 20 years...they have served me good so far....But sadly recent 2 3 visits have noticed poor service, bad management only concern is fee, patient's care is not their priority ....Worst experience ever!
They are big lier. I have talked with them in the phone to confirm my insurance information. When I went to visit the doctor they told me I need to pay then I need to get that money from insurance company my self. They are big big lier. I don’t recommend them. The doctor office is also like goodwill. They sell old thing too.
Verry good sarvice
Nice doesn't mean competent.First visit I should have known. The doctor said "take a deep breath," his stethoscope was not even touching my chest, I was not even beginning to breathe and he moved it somewhere else and then again. The worst part is this: The first visit I gave them my insurance information and everything went well, they said my blood tests were going to be sent out to a lab and for time issues was not able to come back but a week later. This time they were not able to find my test results because they never sent them to the lab to begin with. They said my insurance didn't go through. I called my insurance and they said that they probably didn't know how to run the insurance because it's a different "type of insurance". It surprises me though how one visit my insurance is used correctly and the next they're like "we don't work with that insurance". So I guess the staff is half trained and made me have blood drawn for nothing and wasted my time and won't give me a refund. Do not go to this clinic! If you want your money put to good use go to a real doctor not someone whose consultation doesn't last but 47 seconds at best and gives you a proud look. Don't forget the incompetency of NOT even calling the patient and let him know that his insurance isn't working on their system or that they don't know how to do it. Also felt very awkward when I saw a depressed front desk clerk when I talked to her but a lively front desk clerk when I saw her talking to another person coming into the clinic who spoke her language.
Not responsible or professional at all. Husband got bloodwork done a week ago, was promised results in 3 days. Have made him go back twice to pick up have him wait 45 minutes only to tell him to come back and they keep giving him the run around. Going on 2 weeks and we spent well over $400. Deserve no stars!
Very expensive. Come here if you really have to. Doctor not courteous at all
A mess from the start..! The appointment setter, is rude. Lobby is okay. The clinic is chaotic mess once you're called in. OSHA needs to do a major inspection in here! Two different patients, each in a room with the door wide open during examination and/or lab tests. Examination tables dirty, counters also dirty (trash left behind). Major HIPAA violations, loose documents at eye view. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.
😊.
the pharmacy in the clinic is running because of that pretty and caring pharmacist lady. she always does everything quick and is very friendly with me and other patients. She makes my visit good every time and i think she is the best pharmacist iv'e ever worked with. After visiting the clinic and Dr Sakila, I would recommend going to this pharmacy.
Leaving a review off my son phone bc mine is dead & I couldn’t wait! The place was not clean & the woman at the front desk was very rude! I had to ask her was she ok! I came in with a sick child...no empathy or any customer service! I wouldn’t recommend taking an animal here, let alone ur child

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
