While I am enjoying the effects of a weight loss Semaglutide shot, some of the staff needs to get their act together. I had an appointment yesterday morning. I sat there for 20 minutes and I finally had to leave without seeing anyone because I had another appointment. I told the front desk to please set me an appointment for the next day at the same time. Instead, I get a text message yesterday evening telling me that I missed my appointment. She never made my appointment for the next day. I went online to use their app to make an appointment and that is total garbage. You can edit an existing appointment, but you can’t add a new appointment. I went to my appointment this morning and saw the first technician and then waited 15 minutes in the room for someone to come back and do my weight measurements. I finally got fed up with waiting and walked to the front desk where I saw three people standing around chitchatting instead of helping customers. I told the front desk girl I had waited long enough and I needed to check out. They really need to get more organized and be more attentive to customers. Nothing irritates me more than my time being wasted when the staff is screwing around.

Simple and straight forward no gimmicks or games

my husband went to SynergenX from May thru September 2025. we were told they took our insurance which we confirmed. he would pay what they told him each time he went in. they finally submitted to insurance and the insurance denied their claims as they requested additional information. Insurance has now processed thru the claims twice for each date of service. My husband had already met deductible and out of pocket money before claims were processed therefore we were owe a refund. SynergenX is refusing saying that they won't refund and that they can bill us as patient pay and not through our insurance. We are out over $1200 and they refuse to send to us. They are billing fraudulently for doctors visits when only giving injections of testosterone.

The facility is clean and great atmosphere. The nurses are all amazing and kind. The doctors are also looking out for your wellbeing and walk you through every step of the way. Like everywhere there are peak times and night have to wait at times, but they do their best you get you in and out.

I’m a very real and realistic person, and I know it’s part of the process for any clinic to make their patients feel comfortable, but the team at SynergenX Spring on 7202 Grand Parkway in Spring, TX truly went above and beyond. From the front desk to the back of the house, everyone was professional, kind, and welcoming. There was a young lady at the front desk who helped me right when I walked in, I didn’t catch her name, but she was extremely helpful and made a great first impression. I also want to give special thanks to Paula and Fatima, who made me feel completely at ease throughout my visits. They explained everything clearly, were patient, and genuinely cared about how I felt. ( I would like to think so 😅🤣) Honestly, this has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. You can tell everyone at SynergenX truly cares about their patients and takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend.
