I have not had to wait to see Dr. Raphaeli. He is very professional and kind & took the time to answer all of my questions! I sent a question through the portal later & he personally called me to address my concerns! I can not recommend him strongly enough!

Took his time to relate to me in great detail all aspects of my recent surgery and post surgery. He is articulate, friendly, and has a good sense of humor. He is an excellent surgeon and I am grateful to have been his patient. I highly recommend Dr. Raphaeli.

Wasted my money, talked about my biggest issue and insecurity as a human, wasted $100 in MARCH and was supposed to be scheduled for surgery in April/May. I followed up a multitude of times with Veronica and their new scheduler since apparently Veronica disappeared although she never answered the phone or returned calls anyway. Guess who wasted money and still never had surgery or received a call back? It’s now June. Left 4+ voicemails over a week, on top of calling every day for weeks. They NEVER ONCE answered the phone, are all rude and unprofessional, and I’m reporting to BBB as well as getting my money back. Beware of these people. UPDATE: this guy tried to call me FOR THE FIRST TIME the day after I left this review. What a joke!! Don’t go here and read the reviews about their service/care.

Dr. Tal Raphaeli was the best for my procedure. I literally haven't felt like this since I was a teenager. I truly thank Dr. Raphaeli for getting me back to normal. I would definitely refer him to anyone.

I hate to give a mediocre review to a Dr that has done so well now for 5 years. Apparently the word is out & now his office is too busy to return phone calls for 3 business days & I have had to make the tough decision to look elsewhere for a colonoscopy. Dr Raphaeli himself has in the past had great beside manner & will be missed, but I cannot trust my health to an office staff that cannot get back with their patients.

Excellent experience. Dr. Raphaeli & his Staff are EXCELLENT! One suggestion. When one is required to fill out new patient paperwork they should be advised when the appointment is made and then be given the option to have said paperwork mailed to them so they can complete at home where all of their records and information is at. That would speed thing up for all concerned and make it the requirement more much patient friendly !!
