Excellent service at Dr. Kate’s office! Fatima, our hygienist, was very warm and welcoming.

D'ana at Tanglewood Pediatric Dentistry is a rare gem! My insurance was showing that they had reimbursed me a large sum of money. However, I never received the check. I spoke to D'ana about this, and she went out of her way to walk me through how to contact my dental insurance and receive a replacement check. I was nervous that my insurance wouldn't believe me, so she printed out all of the information I would possibly need to give to my insurance company. She also gave me a phone number, so I wouldn't have to look it up myself. She wanted to make sure that I'd get someone on the line. I truly appreciate her diligence and reassurance! It ended up being a quick phone call, just like she said it would be. And, I ended up receiving the replacement check!

Dr. Gandhi and her team are great. I would rate our experience with her as 5/5 stars. I also liked their in-house chiropractor. 5/5. However, our experience with their in-house lactation consultant, Leah Whitley, was awful. I saw Leah Whitley five days after my baby’s tongue tie release. After a full day of successful breastfeeding, my baby was calm, satisfied, and showing no hunger cues. I was even considering cancelling our follow-up appointment because things were finally going well. At that visit, Leah told me it was “dangerous” to keep breastfeeding because my baby’s tongue muscles might “get sore.” She advised me to stop breastfeeding and start triple feeding instead. My husband was present at every appointment, and we both heard this. At the time, there was no weight tracking and no evidence of weight loss. We followed her plan for a month across three weekly appointments. During that time, my baby developed nipple preference, stopped nursing, and our breastfeeding relationship completely broke down. This was devastating, and we have since spent months trying to repair the damage. When I later consulted other IBCLCs and feeding specialist, they strongly disagreed with Leah’s recommendations and took a completely different approach. I also filed a formal complaint with the IBLCE board because of how harmful this advice was for us. In my opinion, there are far better lactation consultants out there, many of whom are nurses or medical professionals who take a more individualized, evidence based approach. I wish someone had warned me before I trusted this advice. I hope my story helps another family avoid the same heartbreak.

TPD is simply the best pediatric dental office experience you’ll get in the city. The moment you walk in you’re greeted with smiling faces and TONS of patience. We will never go anywhere else. The technicians and dentists are incredible with ALL ages. They take time to explain processes to nervous little ones and treat them as their own children. 10/10 recommend!

We came to Ghandi for a revision. We had such a positive experience and our daughter did really well with the procedure. Are excited for the follow up visits.

We love Dr Kate and her entire team! They are able to tame a wild toddler and complete a cleaning trauma free and so fast you don’t realize it’s done!

Dr Ghandi helped access my son’s tongue tie and lip tie. She recommended us going to the chiropractor first to loosen things up before. Her staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in both locations! Would highly recommend!!

We have had great experiences the past few years with routine dental care and infant frenectomy. Both of my kids look forward to going to the dentist (age 3 and 5). When my daughter prays before bed she routinely thanks God for both Disney World and the Dentist... which I think says a lot about how much she enjoys it- ha!
