We were going to Texas Children's Hospital for our five-year-old daughter. The oncologist we were seeing lied to us multiple times. There were other bad experiences we had with other people at that hospital, but we have audio recordings of Dr. Foster lying. One of the lies was that cancer can't spread from a biopsy. I'll add more information later. If this hospital is your only option, I'd recommend avoiding Dr. Foster.

My daughter has been a patient in the oncology center for 3 years now. She was diagnosed at age 8 w/ Synovial Sarcoma. Her oncologist is Dr Venkatramani and I have been very pleased with his care. He always addresses my concerns and never makes me feel like my concerns are not valid. As the mom of a cancer kid that is very important to me. He is knowledgeable about my daughter's diagnosis. Her surveillance has been fairly aggressive since this all started and the communication from Dr Venkatramani has been outstanding. I appreciate his attention to detail and his willingness to address all problems or concerns asap.

What I regret most in my life is taking my son to Texas children's hospital. This hospital is killing my son. In December 2018, my son continued to have a fever. I took him to the emergency department of the Texas children's hospital. The valeria rosalind smith doctor suspected that it was leukemia. The stupid doctor believed that it was leukemia. She did not even consider other possibilities. valeria rosalind smith gave my son a bone marrow puncture and a lumbar puncture. In other hospitals, bone marrow aspiration is performed first to check the cancer cells, After the cancer is confirmed ，and then lumbar puncture is performed to extract the brain marrow liquefaction to check the cancer cells in the brain. Lumbar puncture is a risky examination, only for leukemia and lymphoma. But my son is a neuroblastoma, the most malignant cancer, and his bone marrow is full of cancer cells. The lumbar puncture caused cancer cells to enter his brain.At least the doctor should confirm that he has leukemia and then do the next lumbar puncture. The stupid doctor is full of self-confidence and arbitrary. After we finished chemotherapy in Texas, we went to the memorial Sloan Kettering cancer center in New York. When the doctors heard that my son had undergone lumbar puncture when he was diagnosed, they immediately said that he might have brain recurrence in the future. Sure enough, now my son's brain has a relapse of cancer, only 8% of them will central nervous system have a relapse. Lumbar puncture has led to my son's current crisis. 2018At the time of initial diagnosis, his cerebrospinal fluid was negative. There are no cancer cells in his brain. THC DR did the wrong lumbar puncture to give the cancer cells a chance to enter his brain .Now my son will fight death again. If my son's cancer recurred because stupid doctor misdiagnosed him for a harmful test, I'll sell my house and sue Texas children hospital. Stupid doctor ruined my family! A rash decision by a stupid doctor can destroy a child.Why can't be more careful? Texas children's hospital are murderers!

First of all when a person goes through treatment and have to stop working due to illness and hopefully have a spouse who’s working and NOW on a fixed income and the Caner Center is wanting $100,000 for treatment! I understand how expensive it is but no one can afford as much as it is to buy a yacht. There are sick people who’s lives are in a critical state and shouldn’t have ANOTHER STRESS WORRY ADDED TO THEIR PLATE along with their diagnosis. HEARTLESS!!!! Very insensitive!!!! Very sad!
