Dr. Boccalandro is very nice, thorough and knowledgeable...glad I chose her as the Specialist for my needs. Her front desk staff are pleasant too, especially the young lady at the check out desk.

Great place for health care. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. I found this place by doing research trying to find a doctor who I could trust with my health. Me and wife are so impressed with the treatment we received. My wife has decided to become a patient as well. Thank you for everything you do.

It is always a pleasure to talk to Dr. Boccalandro who explains my results and any other questions I might have. Also, the communication by the message is efficient and aways have an answer right away!

Trying to get a new patient visit and you have to go through a texting systems. Apparently I didn’t feel out enough information and the won’t see me as a new patient. Didn’t even take the time to actually have a conversation with me!

While I have nothing negative to say about Dr. Winograd, the staff in her office are HORRIBLE about responding to messages and providing the info you need. There is never a live person to speak to. I had to message them to ask if blood work was needed prior to my appointment - they never called me. I received a short answer via their messaging service and had to ask if they would be fasting labs. Their lack of thoroughness and not telling me about the blood work until I asked, would have caused me to have to schedule two appointments and pay two (specialist) co-pays because not all of my results would be available in time for my appointment. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff was enough for me to decide not to continue seeing Dr. Winograd. The professionalism of the staff and the ability to get the information you need is important to consider when choosing a doctor.

I stopped going there after I waited for about 1.5 inside the cubicle they told me to wait to the doctor after having checked in. I heard voices and and laughs in the hallway for about half an hour... when I opened the door, it was Dr Boccalandro chattting with the nurses, while I was waiting for her. Very rude of her not taking her patient's time more serious.
