Dr. Hoffman is amazing! I’ve been seeing him for the past year or so for an ongoing issue, and he has been absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. We tried multiple less invasive procedures along the way, with some being successful and others helping us determine the best course of action. Most recently, I had surgery, and Dr. Hoffman did an incredible job. He was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and truly took the time to make sure we found the right solution. I’m extremely happy with the results, and I’m so grateful for the care he provided. I highly recommend Dr. Hoffman to anyone looking for an ENT. He genuinely cares about his patients and is excellent at what he does!

Took my husband to see Dr. Moorehead. He is disabled so needs special care. Dr. Moorehead was very caring and good with my husband. I have gone to him in the past for myself too, and he's a great doctor. I also like the front desk staff and nurses. It's a very nice, spacious waiting room.

I honestly wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you’re rich. These people will come up Ways to spend your money I haven’t been to this facility in a year and I’m still getting bills.

My very first visit to this practice was very frustrating and disappointing. I was recommended by my sleep doctor to see an ENT for a deviated septum. My appointment was scheduled for 3 pm. I arrived and checked in at approximately 2:40 pm and I was finally taken back to an exam room at approximately 3:45 pm, I was then told that the doctor would be with me shortly. By 4:10 pm, the doctor had not entered the exam room, so I stepped into the hallway to ask the nurse if I'd be seen soon. One of the two nurses who was sitting at the desk advised me there were two patients ahead of me. I informed them that I could no longer wait because I had to go to my second job at 5:30 pm. It was obvious I wouldn't be seen anytime soon and I would have be late to work. This was extremely frustrating because it is very difficult to get off from work at my job and I wasted 3 hours of sick time, of which I have very minimal sick time left for the year. It was especially frustrating because my sleep doctor recommended another doctor and I insisted on selecting my own local to work and home.

Long time patient- don’t bother checking in on line and the person at the front desk is rude and speaks under her breath. Let’s hope systems get addressed and attitudes get more patient friendly. Doctors here however are 5 star.

So I call my insurance company For a in network, eye nose and throat doctor. I call and make an appointment. Everything went smoothly. While there at that visit, the doctor sends me over to see a technician to have my hearing checked. They find a little bit of hearing loss in the high middle range and schedule me an appointment for hearing aids. I go to that appointment, same office,and again the staff and doctors are first class until I find out that the hearing aid doctor isn’t part of our network and it’s gonna cost at least $800 more for hearing aids then if I go to an in network doctor, why is The three doctors associated with that office in network, but the ear doctor is out of network. I have to do my homework on this but at first thought what a waste of time and again not $8. or $80, but $800. more expensive. ????

Service was very good. No long waits. Very professional and caring.
