Dr. yeramsetti has been an amazing provider while helping me deal with chronic upper respiratory infections and allergies. I've been his patient for over 15 years and highly recommend to anyone!

Update: Practice manager just called me and apologize for the office changing my appointment when it didn’t need to change. She had no answer for the lack of communication by her staff. No apology or anything for no one returning calls, or waiting on hold for 30+ minutes to be hung up on. Her solution to my main concern was I couldn’t get allergy tested first appointment because I need to stop anti histamines. I informed her I was because I was initially supposed to be tested at a different place last week. Then she said well I could come in two different days next week to have a consult and then be tested. I informed her like most people I work a full time job and can’t take off two days and she just said oh. Definitely would recommend going elsewhere. Terrible office and communication. I scheduled online, clinic called me Friday (I missed the call). I called them back that day they were closed so I left a voicemail. Called back Monday was “transferred to the MA” was on hold for 30 minutes, ended up leaving another voicemail. Fast forward to today. I miss a call from them saying they were changing my appointment time. I call back and so that doesn’t work for me and I want the time I originally schedule for and brought up no one called me back regarding my last 2 voicemails. I get transferred again. Wait on hold for 30 minutes, and someone hangs up on me. I call through the physician line someone automatically picks up. This clinic is terrible. As well as I was scheduled at another clinic to get allergy tested a week ago, and right before my test they stopped taking my insurance. So I came here to get allergy tested. I was told by the Dr. Rama through his MA, I would need to wait to be tested. Overall annoyed. I understand him waiting to talk to me because I am a new patient. But anyone who has severe allergies and had to stop taking antihistamines knows it’s terrible. I offered to have my previous records sent over and I was told that’s still not good enough they want to have a sit down first and see if allergy testing is the best option for me. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I tried calling to make an appointment and I'm put on hold for 20 minutes. I tried again the following week and the same thing. I went to their scheduling website to make an appointment. The providers don't have their schedules up. I called again, a few more times to reach a live person and agin, I'm put on hold. OMG. This is ridiculous....

Great and patient staff

This practice has been a lifesaver for me. Having urticaria - chronic hives has haunted me for a long time but they got right down to business in diagnosing me and helping me to survive daily. They are prompt with answering my calls especially when I send a message in the portal. They do exactly what they say they are going to do. Allergies are so exhausting and having a practice that really understands and goes above and beyond allows me to sleep peacefully.

I’m surprised to see so many positive reviews. I had a terrible experience here. I ended up getting the wrong prescription and getting hurt with the treatment. I had to go elsewhere to get it resolved.

I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. We were supposed to receive a doctor's order for imaging, but despite repeatedly asking for it to be printed so we could take it with us, the clinic insisted we choose a hospital on the spot. We did as instructed, only to find out later that the order was never sent to the hospital. This resulted in a wasted trip, as the hospital couldn't perform the imaging without the doctor's order. To make matters worse, the hospital staff informed us that they tried contacting the clinic multiple times, but no one was able to assist them. Additionally, the lady at the checkout appeared very tired and was not helpful. When we asked for available dates for a follow-up appointment in two weeks, as the doctor had instructed, she only gave us a vague response: "count 2 weeks from today." This is the first time I've encountered such an unhelpful approach from an appointment setter.

Wow, Dr. Puppala explained all steps needed & "why" I needed certain tests done. Communication was great!! Really made me feel at ease & would highly recommend him!! It's a busy office but he didn't rush the time he spent with me.

Horrible wait, more than an hour just to get a room…not coming back…too many people - stay away

Had an issue with billing, I had the pleasure of talking to Desiree. She helped guide me through my issue. She even called me back to update me on my status. She answered all my questions and got my issue resolved. Thank you!
