I had a very disappointing experience at this office, primarily due to the behavior of the front desk staff. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30 AM, and I arrived at 8:20 AM. The doors were still locked, so I waited in my car. When I returned at exactly 8:30 AM, the doors were still locked, even though I could see staff inside. I knocked on both the door and window, and eventually someone from the front desk came to unlock it.<br><br>Unfortunately, there was no greeting or acknowledgment when I entered. Instead of a simple “good morning” or welcoming attitude, the first thing said to me was that they open at 8:30 AM and not to knock on the door. This interaction felt very unprofessional and set a negative tone for the visit.<br><br>I expressed my concerns about how I was treated and requested to speak with a supervisor. The individual who came out identified herself as the supervisor, which was concerning given the lack of professionalism displayed.<br><br>Customer service is extremely important in a healthcare setting, and this experience did not reflect that. Based on both my experience and similar feedback I’ve seen from others, I believe improvements are needed in how patients are greeted and treated upon arrival.

This was been the worst place to come to. The front desk receptionist doesn't have good attitude, she seems like just coming in and talking to her is an inconvenience and most of the employees when you are talking just cut you off. There's probably 2 employees there that are polite. I went in to get a prescription and paid the consultation fee and left without the prescription. I was told something that didnt make any sense to me and even if it made any sense. They lack communication. Came back today to have them examin me, and I was told they are closed for the day and can't see me. Don't come here, your waisting your money. Also the nurse practitioner is nice, but seems to be reading a script.

Came here for years. Made an appointment with them and had service issues and they tried to charge me a no show fee. I had been such a loyal customer with them for years and this is what they do. I called them back multiple times and it wouldn’t go through. It was a service issue. I have shitty reception here. To charge me a fine is ridiculous for it.

Very professional location. Great staff and clean facility. Definitely recommend if you’re starting your weight loss journey.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I had a 1:00 PM appointment and ended up waiting for over an hour—until 2:00 PM—without ever seeing the nurse practitioner. There was no communication from the staff about the delay, and when I inquired, they were unapologetic and dismissive.<br><br>The front desk staff were rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing them just by asking for an update. Their unprofessional attitude made an already frustrating situation even worse. I understand that delays can happen, but the complete lack of courtesy and respect shown by both the staff and the nurse practitioner (who never even appeared) was unacceptable.<br><br>I will not be returning and do not recommend this clinic to anyone expecting timely care and basic customer service. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, not indifference.

Very nice employees. The program works well as long you follow the Provider’s recommendations.

I love this facility, especially the staff! Each time I return, they never make me feel like a failure. I'm determined to stay with it this time and they do what they know to help me every time and every single time I get the desired results. Can't go wrong here.
