My husband was a new patient and had his physical. 2 days later we were dining at a restaurant a couple blocks from the Dr office and my husband started to have a severe allergic reaction. I rushed him to the Dr office as it was close and they could give him any epi shot right there to stop the breathing issues and huge lumps on his face and head. The receptionist went out back to ask the Dr to come to the lobby and advise if he could see him. She said Dr Do said he was busy with patients. I couldn't believe it as during my husbands physical he stepped out several times when asked but he wouldn't take a quick look to say if they could give him the shot or if I had to make the long drive to the hospital. We asked her to check again and he still said no. So we drove further to another Dr and they saw him right away as they could see he was in severe reaction. They gave him the shot and took great care of him. We will never go back to Dr Do again. Incredible lack of patient care and empathy.
