List of The Allergy Clinic's Reviews
Dr Engler and the office Manager, Ray, will make a lot of promises to help you but then turn around and blame you for not advocating for yourself when nothing gets done. I was told they would have no problem procuring my previous health records and I gave them my previous doctors names and locations. Dr Engler and Ray both went on vacation and nothing got done in the interim. They will gaslight you and tell you you are the reason nothing got done and retaliate against you for leaving bad reviews.
Sad to have to leave a bad review, bc I thought I had just found ‘The’ place for allergy testing. The doctor and assist were both phenomenal: friendly and professional. But even in my first visit I sensed the front desk staff had a rough way to speak to patients. The reason for leaving the bad review i - just because of the way they talk to you - It’s perceived as tough, unfriendly and unaccommodating. I had a test scheduled and had forgotten I was told not to drink green tea. I had taken a few cup on the days prior and decided to notify them, for full transparency. That’s my bad - let’s be clear. However, Front desk staff went straight ahead to say I will be charged a late cancellation fee for not complying with the ‘clear instructions given’, speaking in a tone that sounds intended to allocate guilt. I find that to be simply bad style and not a way to speak to customers. Charge me if you need to, just $50 won’t break the bank, but the slightly hostile approach is unnecessary.
Staff was great and Dr Explained detail By detail of my allergies. Definitely recommend
Was able to get me in quickly. Spent the time needed with me. Diagnosed and treated my problem. And i am feeling much better!
Dr. Malick is a highly knowledgeable, and professional doctor. He is very thorough in educating his patients about the treatment plan, and I trust his wisdom and care. His nurses Ms. Katrina and Angelica are very professional, and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable with the team and i appreciate them a lot. thank you so much for being there for US!!!!

Great treatment & amazing staff!
I would have to say that as far as doctor offices go, this is one of the most pleasant ones I have ever been to. Not only is the staff super helpful and friendly, they value your time and don't keep you waiting forever. Dr. Malick really listened and took action to get me better. Definitely recommend!
Easy-to-get-to location, clean office with great views. Nice, professional staff. Patient education is important to them. You can tell they care about making you feel better.
Dr. Malick is smart, knowledgeable, and gracious. He listens carefully and responds appropriately. A excellent physician.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
