Friendly & personable staff, able to dispatch caregivers on short notice to handle urgent situations, flexible scheduling, fantastic customer service.

Prospective clients should be aware that TheKey is vertically integrated; they've bought many agencies and types of agencies that recommend and retain each other's services. There is no incentive to control costs with this kind of arrangement. We've also had issues with undisclosed use of another Key agency's social worker, meaning that the social worker isn't being directly supervised by anyone. We are charged directly for invoices we haven't reviewed and approved. Caregivers hired through Key agencies such as Mavencare receive less than half of what the client is billed for. They have been unwilling to negotiate.

You can change your name, but you are probably the same pitiful company. I am hopeful you aren't continuing to send incompentent "caregivers" into people's homes. I would give you negative stars, if that was possible.

DO NOT CHOOSE this company for your loved ones. Not even a dog u don't like. The providers are LAZY AND THIEFS!! They drove my father-in- law to the bank in ghetto, marijuana reeked clunker vehicle. He had òne sock on and still wet from his own piss. No shame. The provider literally walked to his bedroom with his wallet filled with cash fresh from the bank. If you want incompetent, neglectful, untrained staff taking care of your loved ones- this is the group. Then when we cancelled we were told we were being charged x 2 wks of services we DIDN'T WANT. RUN! RUN! RUN! BEST ADVICE I COULD GIVE YOU. 100% TRUTH
