This past weekend I became very I’ll with shortness of breath, with weird rash on my back and stabbing pain on my side and chest. I went to ER where they took blood test, EKG and the ER stated my potassium, magnesium was very low with fluid around my heart. I am Diabetic and Hypertensive with Glucose (100) and A1c was at (11.4). These are areas that’s been under control over 4 years but something was happening in my body causing the issue. Dr. Lawler’s Office (Ivette) scheduled Televisit for 11/08/2022 which I thought was odd especially with the notes from the ER. I am a new patient so I’m still trying to find out how this office works. I received the text to check in for the visit and waited for the text 30 mins early. I called Village Medical to ask why did I not get the second text for the Televisit where they saw the appt. The rep.called Dr. Lawler’s office & was the Televisit is reserved for Covid patients.This is a scary doctor that ignores patient with life-threatening condition.

Rude, combative. He walked out of the room without saying a word so I walked out of the office myself. I do not recommend this doctor, at least not if you're expecting a rapport or bedside manner. Flat out a jerk!!

I recently had an opportunity to meet Dr. Lawler while visiting my dad and accompanying him to the doctor. He was very personable, took several minutes to reconcile his meds and make sure that he understood when to take each. I was really impressed and thankful for his patience!

Today was my 1st time seeing him.His bedside manners are horrible, he does not listen to your concerns. He reviewed my chart and entered the room discussing a medical problem I was not there for, I was pre-judge before he even seen me, he has a problem with people in chronic pain, cool. Wanted 2 test my Thyroid function and migraines. He entered the room telling me about a Psych MD. Never examined nor asked about my symptons, he lefted the room,paid the copay and now I have 2 go 2 an urgent care
