Staff and doctor were awesome. My mom was a patient, that's why I picked this place.

I do NOT want to see a doctor who keeps me waiting 2 hours after suffering from painful sciatica and does not apologize for it. Who talks down to me, does not show respect to seniors, and types untruths in my Portal.

My experience with Dr. Vellore has been frustrating. She has repeatedly diagnosed me without verbal communication. Meaning I log in and see a diagnosis in my visit notes that she did not speak to me about whatsoever. She also referred me to a rheumatologist and diagnosed my chronic pain as "overuse injury" when I have been suffering from nerve pain from a spinal injury that she is well aware of. I had to demand the correct referrals from her and she acted combative with me for not taking medications prescribed from an unnecessary referral. Most recently I was directly exposed to mold in a small, non-ventilated space and she was completely unconcerned about the fact that I had a neurotoxic reaction and she prescribed me a total of 5 medications for allergies and asthma. This is the worst doctor i have ever encountered, I would rather pay out of pocket to see a functional/integrative physician.

If you just need someone to throw allergy meds or antibiotics at you, here you go. If you want a proper diagnosis and a Dr. that cares enough to listen to you and help you get to the bottom of your illness, find someone else. Every time I leave her office I just feel like I wasted my money and probably got misdiagnosed. Even worse, sometimes she will listen to a list of complaints just to say something along the lines of, "Well that can happen" without any offering of solutions whatsoever. I'm 100% sure she's in it for the money as she looooves to push the heck out of pharmaceuticals. I'm REALLY disappointed in the care I've received with her. It looks like soon I will be on the search for a new doctor, yet again.

This Doctor is the best doctor!!! she really cares about you, she listens to you, she takes her time with you. She makes sure you are being treated correctly and she does everything to make sure you are feeling better.

Dr. Vellore is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I have seen Dr. Vellore twice and she is patient, explains the symptoms and treatment very well. It’s a pleasure visiting Dr. Vellore and her staff.

In all my years of being a patient of Clear Lake Family Physicians, Dr. Vellore has a passion for giving the best medical care and made the time to answer all my concerns and will go above and beyond !!! As far as I'm concern, she is the best !!!!!

Dr. Vellore took the time to listen and truly cares. She is one I would be happy to continue seeing.

I have seen Dr. Vellore for over a year. She has helped me to understand my labs and get control of my numbers. She got so excited for me, when I met my goals. She really cares about her patients. Thanks to her, I fell better than I have in years.
