The eye exam is a complete rush and they don’t greet at the front! I had to go three times to get my eyes checked and still my prescription is too strong decided to never come here again!! The doctor didnt care or address the concern they said just rescheduled so he doesn’t have to deal with me being dissatisfied!!

First impressions are everything to me, from the moment I went in, I had a HORRIBLE experience and was not even welcomed properly. The black guy at the front desk was very rude and snobby and he ordered me to sit and fill out forms when i stated i was ok at the counter, he was very mean and bad mannered. Dr. Adeseye was also rude and seemed like he wanted me out fast, very careless, not personable at all. He never smiled nor asked how am I or if i have questions! I had to ask him all my questions when he was rushing out! Exam was sooo fast im worried now it was not done correctly. He lacked personality, warmth, and manners. The only kind and educated person there was a girl named Sidra. She was very sweet and kind and smiled alot. I will NEVER come back here, horrible staff (aside from Sidra) and horrible Doctor! PLEASE DONT COME HERE. GO ELSEWHERE TO A MUCH BETTER PLACE WHERE YOU ARE TREATED WELL!! BEWARE.

Money hungry!!!! Didn't inform me a contact exam would be charged when I asked If my kids medicaid would cover today's exam they said yes it will be covered. Not coming back!!! Paid $199 just for an exam for my two girls!! Don't recommend.

Seriously consider looking at your pricing structure! $200 for Candies frames and $600 for progressive lenses is almost comical.
