The best experience I’ve ever had at an ER! I felt heard and cared for.

This is my second time coming here and I’m almost wish they were my PCP. The care from the moment I entered until I left was some of the best you can ever get from an urgent care center. The wait is barely 5 minutes to be brought to a room. Once in the room, they ask if you want a warm blanket/water/juice and get your vitals. You don’t wait long for the doctor. Everyone is so kind and really wants to ensure that you are comfortable, have what you need and have some answers before sending you home. I won’t go to another urgent care other than this one.

I had a really positive experience here. I was triaged quickly and evaluated and diagnosed within a couple of hours, which I really appreciated. The nurse checked in on me multiple times to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of, which made a big difference. The staff overall was friendly and created a calm, reassuring environment—especially important during an urgent care/ER visit. I’m grateful for how smoothly everything was handled and for the level of care I received.

I cannot say enough great things about TopCare Emergency Room, especially after the experience we had during what was one of the scariest moments as a parent. When I called in a panic about a little accident involving my daughter, Karina answered immediately and was an absolute lifesaver. She was calm, organized, and efficient — by the time I walked through the front doors, the staff was already expecting us and we were assisted right away. That kind of preparation made such a difference when I was in full panic mode. The doctors and nurses who cared for my daughter were absolutely terrific. They went above and beyond to make sure she felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire visit, which as any parent knows is everything when your little one is scared and in an unfamiliar place. The kids’ room is also just adorable — stocked with books and games that kept her distracted and at ease. It’s clear that this facility genuinely thinks about the experience of their youngest patients. All in all, an outstanding experience from the very first phone call to the moment we walked out. TopCare will absolutely be our first call if we ever need emergency care again. Thank you, Karina and the entire team! 🙏

This place was amazing! Check in was easy and they got us into a room very quickly. The doctors and nurses were so good with my daughter! They made the whole experience for her a lot easier. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!

I had a great experience during my emergency visit. The staff was professional, attentive, and worked quickly to make sure I was taken care of. From check-in to discharge, everything was handled efficiently, and I felt well-informed throughout the process. The medical team showed genuine care and made a stressful situation much easier. I truly appreciate their dedication and would highly recommend this facility for emergency care

It was Trash… The Workers are in the Building Sleeping!!! What a Joke!!! I spent time and money for Nothing!!!!
