Carrie gave a Signature Lux Facial and what happened was I was transported to an extreme state of safe and secure relaxation that left my mind and body exceptionally at peace. My skin looks and feels amazing and I just cannot thank her enough for being so amazing!!!

I received a massage with Sandra today and left refreshed and relaxed! Tulum never disappoints!

I’d like to start by saying that every massage I have received at Tulum has been wonderful. The therapists are fantastic with exception of constantly being sold product or shamed into taking care of my body better by scheduling more massages while I am enjoying my $300 massage. What I don’t like, and won’t be returning for, is their predatory marketing scheme. They run a lot of specials which is nice because they are priced out of their market. I fell for the latest GOTCHA campaign where I could get $50 off a service. I booked immediately and when I checked out the receptionist informed me that I didn’t qualify because I didn’t visit them April-June. I thought I had because why else would they send me the offer?! (Multiple times) Whatever, I paid for my service and have vowed not to return. A manager did call me, which I appreciate but I just do not want to do business here anymore. The experience and value is way better at Milk & Honey or any other full service spa that actually provides amenities, without pushy sales and predatory marketing gimmicks.

The front desk staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming. I also had issues when talking on the phone with them. If I didn't have a gift card here, I would have not come. I won't ever come back that is for sure. The first time coming and the last. First impressions matter and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

I absolutely loved choosing this place for mine and my partner’s concerns for muscle pain. First time ever getting a massage and I usually have bad anxiety with new places especially being from a small town but they did an amazing job of making us feel comfortable and welcomed. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated ❤️ I will definitely be recommending this place to EVERYONE.

I had a 90min massage with Chloe recently. I didn’t want to leave. Her hands are beyond blessed. Her expertise and energy is unparalleled to any massage I have received, both locally and abroad. I had high hopes for leaving the massage feeling better physically, but I didn’t expect to leave feeling the stress melt from my body. I appreciate the peace she poured into me, as I was dealing with high emotions that day. I also found some products that I had been curious about but wasn’t sure they aligned with my expectations given that I suffer from acne. Their front desk connoisseur is friendly and extremely knowledgeable on their products. They were able to recommend several items to help me reach my skin care goals. I highly recommend Tulum Wellness Spa if you’re local or visiting. They offer a variety of services, and also make a unique gift for someone special. Tulum is an instant mood enhancer in my book ✨

I’ve been a member of Tulum for almost two years and I have always had the best experiences. From facials, to microneedling, PRP and full body massages, they’re unbeatable. Everyone is so professional and personable and its always such a pleasure to visit. If you’re looking for a place that truly gets it and is doing it right, give them a try!

This was my first experience ever and I will definitely be back. Not only did Brock calm my anxieties and make me feel comfortable he also explained exactly what his vision was and how it worked with mine. Also buy the StoneCroft mist it smells heavenly and as someone who is chronically dehydrated my skin hasn’t been since I started using it.
