parking is horrible and they don't follow the 15 minute grace period. got here before 15 minutes grace period and they still denied me after driving over an hour and 20 minutes. no compassion whatsoever from the office.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would to start off I scheduled an appointment and then the day before the lady called because she had to cancel on me then they rescheduled me a week later and I had to pay for parking. I waited over an hour just for the front desk girl to tell me that she's running late extremely unprofessional. I was here at the ENT to get diagnosed with severe medical issues I've been having and this is the most unprofessional ridiculous experience I've ever had at a doctor. I definitely don't recommend this ENT at all.

Dr. Choo is the BEST! I got into a severe MVA requiring an extensive and complex surgery. Two doctors at the trauma center said it would be best if Dr. choo completed the surgery as he can handle it. I had to wait a few days inpatient for him to be available and it was worth it. Dr. Choo spent nearly 4 hours reconstructing my shoulder with plates and screws. I am only 2 weeks post op but thanks to Dr. choo I am very optimistic on my future. Dr. Choo is amazing, and I would have waited years if needed for his expertise😹😹😹

My family would like to sincerely thank Dr. Faustino G. Ramos (UT Physicians Pediatric Center Cardiology – Sugar Land). We spent two months living in fear and despair over the diagnosis of my son, who is part of his school's basketball team. The entire team and the coach had to wait for my son's return for two months. Everyone was very anxious after learning about his condition. All of that anxiety was relieved after we met with Dr. Faustino G. Ramos. He was very dedicated and professional, explaining clearly and thoroughly analyzing everything for us to understand. Ultimately, he was the one who decided that my son could return to his team. We cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Faustino G. Ramos. We wish him and the entire UT Physicians team peace and good health as they continue to provide their dedicated service to everyone. God Bless You and Everyone of UT physicians.

Billing is a nightmare! My children are patients of Children’s Memorial Hermann and therefore a patient of UTP. In the 5 years my daughter has needed care every bill from UTP has been wrong. Children’s Memorial Hermann billing is always easy to follow and correct per the EOB but billing with UTP is months of work. I am actually part of a Parent advisory group and have a whole group of parents that would love to work with UTP to fix this billing issue across the board. We want to be able to enjoy time with our children outside of the hospital instead of fighting about bills! And financial health is a price of total health and our children’s well being. If anyone in your customer service team would like to listen to our group’s point of view of parents of medically complex children we would love to meet with you!

The views from the upper floors (in this case the 27th) at 6400 Fannin are always spectacular. They almost take my mind off the fortune I'm paying to park here. This is a wonderful practice of UT specialists. I've been coming here for years for long-standing hearing issues. My last visit was 6 years ago (bad patient!), but I have lots of confidence in their professionalism. Today I had a double appointment, starting with audiologist Miranda Eubanks, PhD. She is delightful and very professional. I would recommend her anytime to test your hearing. Then I saw the otolaryngologist Dr. Sancak Yuksel. He had an emergency that left me cooling my heels in the exam room for awhile, but a staffer kept me apprised of what was happening, so I can't complain. After all, next emergency could me (goodness forbid). Dr. Yuksel is very nice and an excellent doctor.

I feel lucky and fortunate that Dr. Munz was my doctor. His complete staff has always been friendly and reassuring - which is so noticed, and much appreciated. My ongoing 'recovery' has to this point, been successful, with the care and help of the outside therapists assigned to my case. After my most recent visit to Dr. Munz's office - I now have a better, more realistic understanding of what I can physically expect going forward. Thank You - Again.

The doctor I saw was very informed about my previous surgeries for the issue i was seeing her for. She had mentioned to me that she had read about 20 articles (a doctor magazine) relating to my condition. She assured me she was going to get with her partner that will be doing surgery on me together. And that they would do their best to get me better.
