My fiancée and I are sadly disappointed by the unresponsiveness from this office. We had called multiple times on different days and all calls went straight to voicemail. We are also displeased with the handling of scheduling with a therapist. Initially, we had an over-the-phone consultation with Markesha. She addressed our questions and concerns. She thoroughly went over the expectations of what our sessions would be like. We were left very pleased after the consultation. However, a few days after the consultation, my fiancée called the office to schedule an appointment with Markesha and unfortunately, the call went to voicemail. After a few weeks of unresponsiveness, we received a a callback to schedule an appointment with Andrea. We have never consulted with Andrea, We didn't have an knowledge about her expertise and yet we're being set up an appointment with her? So, my fiancee called the office again for an explanation and was told that Markesha was leaving the practice, but the receptionist would give us a call back to help schedule a consultation with Andrea.... well another week later, and no callback! I don't know how this practice is taking in new clients when they can not follow up with their phone calls. This is very frustrating as we were eager to be connected with Unloaded Therapy, based on the good reviews. We will not be continuing our efforts with this place.
