The receptionist is a to the point no nonsense rep and I personally respect that professionalism. The nurse is nice and informative. Dr Mullins is awesome. Super excited to help people. Hands down awesome. Bravo 👏 Team Awesome 👌 👏 👍

Dr Mullans and Yvette are so sweet and friendly. She’s helped with multiple derm issues and I do recommend them highly for medical dermatology. With that said, I do not recommend injectables here. I’ve had toxin injections several times (different toxins and different providers). Although uncomfortable, I have never found it painful and never had any bruising. I, repeatedly, said I just wanted a very light touch up (with only my glabella needing a little more than that). I took Dr Mullans recommendation on how much to do since I hadn’t done Daxxify before, after reiterating multiple times that I wanted to go as light as possible and would rather come back if more was needed. Even with their Monday discount, it’s almost twice what my friends have paid for Daxxify. I don’t mind as long as I’m getting high quality. Unfortunately, I do not think that is the case. These were the most painful injections I have ever had, I had bruises for over a week, and my forehead is completely frozen which is very much NOT what I asked for. Plus, her recommending way more than I wanted cost me a lot of money that I didn’t really expect, I can’t get back, and I’m not even happy with the results. I think we could have done half as much and I would have been good. I will continue to see Dr Mullans for dermatology but will go back to my trusted aesthetics Dr. She costs even more but it’s worth it to get exactly what I want with little to no pain or bruising.

Dr. Elizabeth Mullans is an absolute gem. For someone who has dealt with skin issues their whole life, from acne to eczema, it's been extremely debilitating on my self-esteem and mental health. Dr. Mullans' warmth and kindness was really reassuring and exactly what I needed to remain hopeful that there was relief in sight. I love how she'll always tell you first what her proposed treatment is and see how you feel before proceeding. It's never felt like she has tried to push anything on me and she has always been honest about any possible risks that may come with certain medications that we've tried. I've seen a lot of progress and that's why I've stayed with her for almost two years now. I only took off a star because the rest of her staff are not as pleasant. I agree with the other reviews that her receptionist, Allison is not friendly. Maybe she's really good at the other aspects of her job because Dr. Mullans has kept her around for a while. Ivette, her assistant, is better to deal with. But sometimes she makes comments that are a little off-putting. If you can look past everyone that you have to deal with until you see Dr. Mullans, she's totally worth it.

Dr. Mullans is an absolute gem. Not only is she good at what she does, but she's got to be one of the most friendly and kind doctors I've ever had. Every time I go in for any kind of appointment, she always makes me feel like I matter and that she genuinely cares about me. I'm very grateful and appreciative to have her. She's successfully helped me get my eczema under control. Can't thank her enough!

If you need to see Dr. Mulliins in a pinch for a skin emergency, the receptionist is usually able to get you in early (like 7:30am). I see Dr. Mullins about once a year for an annual skin checkup. Her office also offers some med-spa services (which I haven't done there). The wait time in the lobby is down to almost nothing - they usually see me right when I check in. :)

We love Dr. Mullans! We used to be patients of one of the bigger practices in Houston, but we switched to Dr. Mullans for a more personalized approach. She is so kind and friendly, even my daughters (ages 12 and 9) love her. Highly recommend Dr. Mullans and her staff for dermatology!!
