I come in with a complaint of parin, this doc doesnt even take 10 seconds to perform a routine physical exam, barely introduced himself, I feel he's one of those doctors whose parents forced him to become one, he definitely does not like his job. Worst experience by far ive had with a physician, maybe he was having a bad day, but man, I definitely could not see me sending any loved one to this young doctor, hopefully he learns the importance of treating his patients with respect one day, lol, when i was leaving, he didnt say bye or anything, just handed me a paper to go get some radiology work done and said "here". Anyways, go at your own risk I guess, definitely would not recommend him.

I've been going to Dr Patel for years now and there's a reason I keep coming back even though I moved over an hour away. He's great at what he does. With my surgery and other medical issues, Dr. Patel has been crucial for ongoing care. Absolutely been pleased with Dr. Patel and his staff.

Dr. Patel is always great, understanding and easy to talk to. You can tell he really cares about his patients and his job and he’s very good at it.

Pleasant professional visit Everytime

I wish I could give a zero rating. The doctor barely spend 5 minutes performing my annual physical exam. The practice billed me for tests I did not authorize, and also an outpatient visit when I only went it for my annual preventative exam only which most insurance cover at 100%. The office never notified or reached out about the results on the lab work not even a message from the office. Took about 4 calls to get someone to walk through the blood work reports. 2 months later received another bill on the portal notifying at this point of another charge which I check ed only due to my insurance messaging me. The billing department had 45 mins wait time twice and very unfriendly. Now waiting 72 hours to get this resolved. I doubt that will happen. This has now happened to us 3 times in total (twice with Dr. Patel) and once at another location. We will not be returning patients at all. And mostly report unethical practices by Village Medical if it comes to that. They are in the business to just MAKE MONEY!

My dad will definitely start seeing Mr.Patel regularly.His bed side manner is terrific.He actually asks about your prior health history and gets to know you.We aren’t too trusting when it comes to seeing docs nowadays,only because they like to shove medicine down your throat rather than actually help.Mr.Patel is different my family and I are all going to start seeing him.Very clean office too.
