I had a very disappointing experience at Visionworks in Deerbrook Mall. When I was purchasing my glasses, the staff was quick, attentive, and eager to help--as long as a sale was involved. However, once I needed help with a simple adjustment because the glasses didn't fit properly, the attitude completely changed. The staff seemed uninterested, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist. What should have been a quick adjustment turned into an uncomfortable experience where it felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Customer service shouldn't stop after the sale. Unfortunately, this location shows very little care once they already have your money. I would not recommend this store if you expect support after purchasing your glasses.
