JP made the experience of choosing new glasses an absolute pleasure. She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and patient. She really took her time to help me with all of my questions, gave honest feedback about what she thought looked good or didn't and why (I agreed with her assessments), and knows the technical aspects of all the different lenses for regular glasses and sunglasses. She's a superstar employee!!! So much so that I took the time out to write a review, which I don't normally do.

Today, I finally took care of a chore I had been putting off for far too long: picking out new glasses. I needed two pairs, i.e., one for working at my computer at home and another for my job, driving, and other miscellaneous activities. At Visionworks, I was welcomed by Racha, a pretty and well-dressed young Syrian woman. She guided me to the men's section, and I started browsing the selection. I found a couple of frames I liked; however, I wasn't too confident in my fashion choices. Noticing I was unsure, Racha put me at ease with her sweet and easygoing attitude. Rather than leaving me to second-guess myself, she gave me clear and direct feedback on each pair I tried on. When a frame didn't suit me, she didn't hesitate to say so, explaining exactly why—whether it was too wide for my face, clashed with my features, or simply wasn't the most flattering option. Likewise, when a pair looked great, she made it clear with an enthusiastic "Yes!" and pointed out the details that made it work, such as how it complemented my face shape or balanced my features. Then, she'd set them aside for me so I could keep perusing. Her straightforward yet kind approach cut through my indecision, which in turn made the whole process effortless. Racha was incredibly patient as I tried on each pair repeatedly, asking for her opinion. I kept going back and forth, switching between pairs over and over again. Like 50 times. In hindsight, I’m sure I must have been incredibly annoying, but Racha genuinely seemed to care about helping me make the right choice, and I truly appreciated that. What began as a simple selection turned into a lesson in confidence and self-expression, thanks to Racha’s keen guidance. Pretty sure I walked in for glasses and walked out with a newfound life coach. I was also helped by her vivacious colleague, J.P., who warned me upfront that she'd be a tough critic and politely asked if I was okay with honest feedback. I gladly agreed—the only judgment I fear is that of the Lord. J.P. was a gem. She wasn’t harsh—just refreshingly honest, pointing out which frames didn’t suit me for reasons that, in hindsight, were painfully obvious. E.g., some made me look like Frida Kahlo (unibrow), and the moment she pointed it out, I couldn't unsee it. I can't believe I almost chose that pair! All in all, Racha and J.P. made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. I can honestly say I enjoyed their company. Their professionalism, kindness, and expertise were outstanding. I couldn't have asked for better service, and I highly recommend them to anyone shopping for glasses at Visionworks. I’m over the moon about today’s experience and cannot wait to return on Monday to make the purchase! Ladies, watch out. 🤓 Without any hesitation, 5 Stars.
