had to go to this location and was totally put off by my experience. the receptionist the tech would benefit by acting like they wanted to be there. tech greated me with a you ready then no words were spoken until he directed me to the door. no good morning no smile. just get in and get out. No disrespect just my experience. Do better vital health.

Dr. WEICHONGFONG was very detail explaining my Echo and treadmill test. He has very professional knowledge in his job. He even explained another test that I had in another specialist field. I told my pcp she did good with this referral because his staff is also awesome. I would recommend him and his to all my friends and family.

Excellent doctors HORRIBLE Staff. I recently referred my mother to Dr. Wei because several of my family members have seen him for heartchest problems and he is excellent. However they have always visited him at the Pearland location. Since my mother does not drive and my office is close to the Med Center I made an appointment for my mother to visit with Dr. Wei at the 6400 Fannin location. All I can say is if you would like a good example of what NOT to do in an industry where you are serving people just visit this office. The staff was the coldest most unconcerned socially challenged group of people I have met to date in the medical field. They all need to be sent to Charm School to learn some basic communication skills and pleasantries. If you are considering attending this location do yourself a favor and run to the suburbs. I think Vital Heart Vein is a great provider just not this location because it needs a staffing overhaul.

Rude receptionist doesnt even know what shes doing. I was referred to them by my obgyn and she just looked at me like Im stupid. Hope they dont treat everyone like this.
