Dr ELLSWORTH is a great professional, I am very satisfied with the reconstructive surgery results after mastectomy. BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM IS HIS ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF. THEY WANTED THAT I PAID MORE MONEY JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE INEFFICIENT A LOT, AND ADDITIONALLY RUDE AND NOT RESPECTFUL WITH THE PATIENTS. I LOST MY APPOINTMENT AND MY TIME TODAY FOR HER INEPTITUDE. I cannot say enough to praise Dr.Ellsworth, Carina and Cecilia. They are like a surgical dream team. I had to wait like three months to get a consult and I now understand why. From bedside manners to prompt replies when I asked questions via patient portal or over the phone, as many questions I asked them I can tell you they never made me feel dumb or if I was bothering them, because if there’s something I have learned from working in the healthcare is to ask questions instead of making assumptions. They always answered my questions promptly and reassured me that it was just part of process and they were always right. As a patient I can tell you that you that they would truly be there every step on this journey to prepare for a successful surgery. If you are looking for a quick surgery this may not be the place for you, but if you are looking for great results and outstanding patient care, you are at the right place.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr Ellsworth and his assistant Carina……. His professionalism and bedside manner is outstanding……..Carina is so nice and knows exactly what is needed……. I highly recommend Dr Ellsworth and I am so thankful that he was my Dr and Carina was my nurse when I needed my surgery ………Oh, and he did a great job on my breast reduction……..I couldn’t be happier……..

This was the worst experience in my life. He replaced my implants and within five months one had slipped and now is under my arm; the other is encapsulate and is like a little hard ball, and it's painful. I went back when I started noticing something wrong. I felt that I was met with hostility. Never again! If you have a choice, run!!

Waited a month and half for my appointment and they canceled my appointment the day before in the afternoon. Called the whole week to reschedule and left multiple voicemails and messages and was finally contacted 5 days later to find out the next available Appt was another 1 and half out. Horrible customer service. If you cancel my appt the least you can do is find a way to squeeze me in the following week.

Cannot recommend Dr. Ellsworth and his team enough. As a woman looking for good recommendations for a Mommy makeover, I only had Instagram posts to go by as many women aren’t openly recommending this procedure on Google reviews as they are public and not anonymous. However, my family is in the medical industry and Dr. Ellsworth comes highly recommended by other doctors because he puts your safety and wishes FIRST. I had one other consult with a popular Houston Plastic Surgeon on Instagram and honestly, I didn’t feel “heard”. Most plastic surgeons have their own aesthetic, and they say go to a surgeon who matches your aesthetic goals. Well, Dr. Ellsworth listens to YOU and matches YOUR aesthetic goals. As it should be! Dr. Ellsworth does not have many pictures online anywhere but let me tell you, I could not be happier with my results thus far and I am only 11 weeks post-op. My first stage I had a circumferential abdominoplasty and a buttock aug, NOT a BBL. He does a different procedure because BBLs are dangerous! (Google them). I also think BBLs don’t look natural and I wanted a natural looking result. I LOVE my results!! His bedside manner and his support staff has made this an amazing experience. Carina Nelson (his PA) is also the best!! I have staged my procedures as this was recommended. I have lost excessive weight and he wants to take time to make sure it is done as I wanted and safely. I cannot wait to see my results after stage 2 is done this summer. I get SOOOOOOOOOO many compliments already on stage 1 and I tell anyone who comments that it was with the help of an amazing plastic surgeon!! I have no shame! After 3 kids and losing 80lbs, I couldn’t look this good without Dr.Ellsworth and Carina!! Thank you!!! I will update after stage 2, I expect it to be an equally amazing experience. Do yourself a favor and definitely go in for a consult with Dr. Ellsworth and his staff if you are shopping around for a plastic surgeon, you will NOT regret it!

I cannot emphasize how thorough and professional Dr. Ellsworth and his entire office is. From the consult to my surgery scheduling, I always felt at ease and very comfortable. Dr. Ellsworth is the best. He understood exactly what I wanted and gave me exactly that. I love my breast augmentation results. I am going on 4 weeks post-op and couldn't be happier. Wonderful bedside manner and truly made this a fantastic and smooth experience for me.

Amazing results, horrible bedside manner from Dr. Ellsworth, if you are not having an obvious issue such as infection or open wound. I voiced my concern about issues I was having from an implant flipping & instead of being heard by him I was attacked in a phone call saying I was being “aggressive” to his staff. After my 4th & final reconstruction I only had one follow up appt for DIEP flap surgery, partially because Covid hit & partially because he didn’t have the staff to see me. Mind you he does none of your follow ups after surgery. I did have to see him for an abscess on my abdomen incision eight months after my last reconstruction & he barely spoke a word to me while taking care of it. His staff is amazing, especially Amanda when she was there. So if you’re ok with horrible bedside manner, but amazing results…

I had implants removed and.neq implants. Within seven months, the left breast moved down and is larger than the right one. I went for an appointment, but was told by him that they looked the same and he could see nothing wrong. That's just not true. There's a very visible difference. He ordered a mammogram and ultrasound. The Radiologist put in her report that I should have a MRI of that breast. I have never heard the first thing from his office. I have called and waiting to see if I hear from
