We've been seeing Dr. Longoria for 8 years now, and she has always been so kind and attentive to us. Her team is just as wonderful—always friendly and ready to answer any questions I have about my son's treatments. The office is always neat and organized, too! Honestly, Dr. Longoria and her team are amazing!

We recently visited this dental office for my daughter's appointment, accompanied by my mother and myself. We are a family with olive skin and dark hair. Upon arrival, we were greeted with minimal acknowledgment—handed paperwork and asked to sit without much interaction. Moments later, a white, blonde family entered. The difference in reception was striking. The front desk staff warmly greeted them with enthusiasm, called the child's name even before they approached the desk, and showed genuine excitement at their arrival. It was hard not to notice how different the energy and attention were compared to how our family was treated. This experience was not only disappointing—it was deeply hurtful. Children internalize how they’re perceived in the world from a young age, and it’s disheartening that something as routine as a dental visit could expose them to what felt like racially biased treatment. We did not expect this kind of differential treatment and left feeling disgusted and saddened. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously and prompts reflection within the staff and management. Every family, regardless of background, deserves to be treated with equal warmth, respect, and professionalism.

We absolutely LOVE West U Smiles! Dr. Longoria is truly exceptional — not only is she incredibly skilled, but she also has a remarkable way of putting kids at ease. Our son needed quite a bit of dental work (the kind no one looks forward to), yet thanks to Dr. Longoria’s gentle approach and reassuring presence, he never once felt anxious, scared, or in pain. She’s a true expert in pediatric dentistry, and it shows in everything from the quality of care to the way she connects with her patients. The entire practice as well as her staff is top-notch — professional, welcoming, and BONUS….the office is so stylish as well! We’re beyond grateful to have Dr. Longoria caring for our son. West U Smiles is a 5-star experience in every way!

We have been seeing Dr Longoria for years! My now teenager with autism had several treatments and even had anesthesia in office. We have always had excellent experience. She has the most friendly, competent and compassionate staff. I truly appreciate them accommodating us despite my crazy schedule. We have always been treated with respect and kindness. Plus my kids love coming to her beautiful office! Highly recommend
