This is my favorite Dentist office, Dr Ginger is very professional, personable and knowledgeable with the most helpful and friendliest staff ever.

Nice people take good care of patients!
Dentistry isn't an opinion based industry This is the second time that I had A dentist Tell me , I needed a deep cleaning when I refused an xray. Having your teeth cleaned every 6 months wouldn't constitute a deep cleaning. Went to a different dentist and got a different answer. Also a blunder when it came to insurance reimbursal knowledge. They switch dentist more than underwear.
I had the worst experience. Not the dentist Dr Ginger, but the office staff. Dahlia was not truthful about my benefits. She initially told me that having my tooth pulled was at 100%. That was on Friday, February 21, 2025. I made an appointment to have the tooth pulled. Went in today, February 24, 2025. They now told me that it would cost 159.00. I asked her what happened to the price she gave me, she blamed it on my rental insurance. I didn’t understand why she needed verify my insurance again, from a Friday to Monday. She told me that they don’t normally call, but she called for me. I initially called on February 18, 2025 and one young lady told me that she would call me back in 5 minutes and I didn’t receive a call back until Friday, February 24, 2024. I think she just gave me the quote on Friday to get me in there because I was in pain and needed to tooth out. Dr Ginger and the hygienist were great, but the people up front are scammers and schiesty There was another guy in there who had to rescheduled his appointment for the 2nd time. I was listening how they had told him the same lie. He left. Beware the front office is unscrupulous.
Muy mala atención al cliente
Great staff and friendly service
Totally new crew, and my experience was amazing. They were very attentive and friendly. We laughed the entire visit. I miss David, but I think I'll gain a new favorite with this team. Big thanks to Katherine because I know I worked her nerves with my dramatic self....
Great experience, everyone was so welcoming!! Definitely coming back again.
The reception was awesome being around people of experience made me feel very comfortable and knowing that am in the right place.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
