I was gravely disappointed in the lack of response both through their client portal and via phone calls for the follow-up tests Dr. Birnbaum had suggested. I even called 2-3 times over 3 weeks and left an e-message via their preferred portal and yet no reply. I do not recommend him or his team.

Extreamly through, I think hes a excellent Doctor. He answers question I email him the same day. He cares for his patients. His staff is very good as well. I have made a appointment for my wife to see Dr. Birnbaum as well, as a result of my seeing what a excellent Dr he is.
