I saw Dr. Nuruddin a few years ago for a physical and I was not pleased with my experience. She asked me if I had kids or if I was planning to have kids. I proceeded to tell her that I was trying to conceive and she told me I was too young to have kids. I was 24 at the time. It is none of her business or anyone else’s business when a women decides to have children.

Dr. Nuruddin is nice over all. However what I do not like is whoever replies to messages on Mychart. Not the first time that I don't get a Hi, Thank you, or please. I believe that whoever responds has to be polite. Recently I asked for a medication, the response I got was " Why do you need (medication). Not a greeting. Something to maybe work on?

Dr Nuruddin listens and is very thorough in her examination and review of your visit. She asks questions to help with her evaluation and does not rush through like some physicians. Also has a great bedside manner. I have total confidence in her medical abilities and I feel lucky to have her as my PCP.

I chose one star because it is the lowest rating available. Although Dr Nuruddin is a nice person, her staff failed to notice, despite clear documentation provided, that my 19-year-old daughter had already received her HPV series. When Dr Nuruddin’s staff told her she needed an HPV shot, she told them she had already finished the series, and was told, “No, you need another round.” Relying on their medical expertise, and not questioning their authority, she accepted the vaccine, and therefore received a FOURTH dose of the vaccine which was completely unnecessary. If Dr Nuruddin’s staff would have taken the time to carefully review the paperwork I sent in with her and also question her further when she said she had already finished the HPV series, this would not have happened. I do not feel comfortable that this practice was careful with my vulnerable daughter’s health, and therefore cannot trust them with any further health matters.

Dr. Nuruddin is top notch. She has discovered issues I've had for many years which other doctors never found. Those issues have been or are being remedied. Incredible relief from pain and fatigue. Thank you, Dr. Nuruddin.

Dr Zakia Nuruddin MD takes great care in prescribing medication and dosage. Knowledgeable of adverse effects and when taken in excess impacts other areas of health. On more than one occasion she has reduced dosage as to minimize other health concerns. Expresses genuine concern for patient.
