It felt like falling in a trap. Started with kidney stones. The doctor failed to send transfer records to the next doctor. Unprofessional handling of the whole case. 1 year of Torment.

treated my daughter and I. I took my 17 year old daughter to see Dr. Schiffman for recurring UTI, bladder discomfort. First of all he was very condescending to us as we described what was going on. He then told her to take off her pants and underwear, not telling her what he was going to do. He came in the room and catheterized her to get urine without warning her what was about to happen, then preceded to do a invasive womanly exam with no warning. When she gasped from pain/shock...he said, "Oh did that hurt?" So very rude and insensitive. She is 17 and has never had a well woman exam or been catheterized. As we were asking questions and describing things he raised his voice at us as if we are stupid. I asked for something for the pain/spasms and he refused to give it to her, he said that she would be better in a couple of days. 4 agonizing days later he changed her antibiotics bc her culture grew something else and so she was in pain for extra days.
