I am in shock at the way I have been treated. I arrived at my appointment today early as requested to go over payment information. When I was originally quoted in February for my procedure they said it would be $500. Today, when I went in the price, had shot up to nearly $800. They offered me a payment plan at that time that would allow me to put up $400 to get the surgery I needed. I did not have that payment at the time and they agreed to reschedule me for the 8th of march. Now they have just called to let me know they will no longer be able to accept a payment plan and to keep my appointment I would need to pay in full the new amount. I feel like because they raised the price the day of my surgery and I was unable to pay the new amount today I am being mistreated. I feel discriminated against. I will be reporting them to the BBB and taking my business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

Dr. Lane preformed and extraction and bone graft for me. His work is excellent. He is gentle and caring. Best dentist I have ever had the privilege to go to!
