The absolute WORST!! I would give zero stars if I could! She has ZERO bedside manner. She was on the telemedicine visit for less than 5 minutes after showing up 15 minutes late. She didn’t take how I was feeling as a sick patient into account, and told me to just go see another doctor and hung up the phone when I called back to ask a couple more questions regarding my telemedicine visit. I have never encountered such an unprofessional physician. If you are actually feeling sick and wanting a physician that will be empathetic and hear you out and actually seem like they care DO NOT GO TO HER!! She sits there flat face and has zero care to what you are expressing as a patient.

Dr. Ali did cataract surgery on both my eyes. Everything went smooth and easy. No pain at all. I have total confidence in her. I see better now than ever in my whole life. I'll soon be 79 with band new eyes.

Dr Ali is very professional, friendly & knowledgeable. She spends time with patients, explains everything. Hands on in all aspects of care. She cares, she remembers. Her staff is courteous, helpful & friendly. If u are looking for the best ophthalmologist, look no further, she is the best.

Amazing Doctor! I live in Houston Tx but I drive all the way to Dallas to see this amazing doctor. I never have to wait and she is always looking out for me. She is very kind and compassionate. I have no words to describe this doctor. Like me, my family also lives in Houston, yet all of them travel to Dallas to see Dr. Ali. She is always kind and answers all my questions. I always trust her with making the right diagnosis as do my family. She always allots enough time to have a great experience.

I was a little nervous about going to a Walmart to have my eyes checked. I was in the store so I popped in to see if I could get an appointment. Was able to get an appointment in a week. Dr. Ali was professional and I received my proscription. Dr. Ali also told me I had caderacts and would need to have them taken care of. Dr. Ali did the surgery and now I know I can see better than ever before. I can hardly wait to get the other one. I was so impressed by how she treated her employs also.

Dr. Ali preformed my cataract surgery on my left eye. Eight month latter I returned to have the procedure done on my right eye. VERY SATISFIED. THANK YOU DR. ZAHRA.

Dr. Ali is the brightest, kindest, capable Ophthalmologist I've known. She performed cataract surgery on both eyes and I could not be happier. I went from 20/200 to 20/20 vision. Colors are magnificent. The facility she chose for surgery in Fort Worth is super. Very clean and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Ali for all your optometry needs.
