Assisting Hands's Online Review Report Card

I replied to a job posting that was created about 15. Hours. Before I had applied and the response was sorry we are not hiring Whoever is in charge of created the job posting on indeed. Needs to remove the job posting if it’s not available it creates job candidates to waste thier time and efforts and it’s missleading and pure lazy when whoever cannot even take the posting down.

This is an awesome company to work for. The owners treat you like family. Im grateful for the opportunities that have been given to me in this company.We treat our clients like family and are grateful to have the best caregivers who work with us. I cant say enough great things about Assisting Hands

I scheduled a meeting with a representative to meet with me and my family member. The rates were reasonable and they  seemingly were  equipped and competent in  meeting our  familys requests and needs. Two days before the meeting I received a confirmation phone call for the scheduled meeting. The day of the actual meeting no one showed up. I called about 3 hours later to see what was the problem. The rep replied that she had an emergency with another client and she didnt have my number to  call  to reschedule.I find it strange that the  same rep is the one who called to confirm the meeting  two days earlier. Its very unbecoming and unprofessional of a health care establishment. Needless to say we did not use their services.

Friendly staff my  grandfather has been a client for two years. Caregivers are knowledgeable and friendly I would recommend people to use this company and they are also trustworthy

Reasonable rates caring staff. My mother has been with the company for 2 years. I would and have recommended this company to my friends and family.

I cant say enough about Glenn and his team Glenn is a kind caring and compassionate owner who is out to serve your family the best way he knows how His caregivers are ready to care for your loved one as if they were their own.
