Dr. Griffin not only is excellent at diagnosing and treatment options but she thoroughly explains it to me in ways I can understand. She stays abreast of the newest and best treatments.

Dr Griffin is great but Sole Solutions orthotic insole provider and staff supporting such is zero. Message Never purchase any orthotic insert from Sole Solutions their provider. My bad experience 1. took 3 weeks for casting box to arrive. 2. Sent off for 3 weeks. 3. Then learned that casting arrived damaged and must start over again. 4. I requested 400$ refund instead. 5. Then learned billing department must issue a check mailed by USPS at the end of May no credit card crediting available. 6. Recieved my 400$ check after another 2 weeks. I had to call continuously each step to get any action. Calling any staff other than reception is impossible can only leave useless messages and no email. The whole process is disappointing for an otherwise professional organization.

Have been going to Dr Griffin for a few years for foottoe issues as well as for a prediabetic check up of my legsfeet while at another practice. She has always been quite pleasant and straight forward in her advice. Im glad to see she is now on staff with Vital Heart Vein.

Never again I took my son to her for a broken ankle and the injury was worse after seeing her than what it was before. Her office staff and assistants are not any better. Her assistant tried to take the cast off without it being properly cut through and cause the injury to be worse. Her office staff filled out his workers comp paperwork wrong and his workers comp. claim was denied. Her office refused to correct the paperwork so the claim was never approved and he lost all the time off without pay. She ordered some at home medical equipment for him in which she said would either be covered under ins or her office well come to find out neither happened we received a bill for the equipment for over 5k received threatening collection letters and phone calls to pay the bill or it would be put on our credit after a lot of back and forth hours of phone calls emails...Ect the medical equipment company ended up handling this on their end for us. We still had to take him to another Dr.

CONVENIENT LOCATION AND VERY CLEAN BUILDING. STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND COMPETENT. SINCE I AM A DIABETIC DR. GRIFFIN TAKESEXTRA CARE IN MY TREATMENTS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.

Dr. Bailey Griffin is a very special podiatrist. She listened with attentive ears when I explained my concern to her. She communicated with another one of my doctors to make sure my challenges were taken care of completely and there were no other underlying problems. Her attitude is spectacular. She’s very knowledgeable however she’s planning to do some extensive research on my condition. I can’t ask for a better podiatrist. God bless Dr. Griffin. Amen. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Excellent surgeon on my ankle. Dr. Griffin repaired my ankle fracture 5 years ago and in 2020 removed plate from ankle inserted during fracture repair.. I was very fortunate the ER physician called in Dr. Griffin when I was in the ER after the injury. She recently treated an injured toe from trauma. I recommend Dr. Griffin for any foot or ankle needs. Very personable and caring in regard to patient outcomes.
