I just want to leave a review because I feel this clinic doesn’t get enough credit.. I was diagnosed with blockages in my lungs back in August, after my hospital stay I needed to find a primary care physician quickly to continue being monitored and continue treatment. I come across Calvary and decided to try it since it’s near by, they take my insurance & I like the fact they are also an urgent care. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and listened to. I currently see Dr Wells. He is the most patient most understanding Dr I have encountered. I have been so full of worry and stress since I found out about my clots and he has been so patient and kind through out the entire time.. He has me on a regimen to keep my clots under control and my anxiety and I am slowly become a better me, I am starting to feel so much better and on the road to a full recovery of this health scare.. oh, and the nurses! The nurses are so patient and are always smiling!! I also want to shout out the front desk staff I have had some issues with my pharmacy at times not wanting to fill my medication or there being some sort of mix up, and ALL medication I am on during this time are all EQUALLY necessary & important, and the front desk understands and ALWAYS seems to resolve any issues and makes sure I get my medication successfully. I am so happy to be in their care and recommend this clinic to all! ——The Urgent care side is as understanding & caring as well! No long wait times.

Don’t come here, especially if you’re a veteran. The staff I have no problem with it’s the Doctor. She barely checks you out. I came in for seasonal allergies. Doctor Melanie Fombang doesn’t need to serve the veteran community. This woman told me I had a stye when I’ve never had 1 in my life. My eyelid swelled up, it did the same thing last year. I felt my whole face tingling so I know when I’m having an allergic reaction. It’s the same thing every. Instead of giving me options she asked “so what do you want me to give you” in a condencending way. Of course I don’t know any names of the medications. But I replied for one a steroid for the swelling. She didn’t even want to give me that. She said I didn’t need that or an antibiotic ointment that’s when she recommended the stye ointment. And instead of writing it up she wanted me to pay for it when she’s knows I can get it for free since I’m a veteran. I got a second opinion at AFC Urgent Care and they said it wasn’t a stye, I got the ointment I needed which was an antibiotic along with a stronger dose of the steroid she gave me. The Doctor looked confused on why she gave me such a weak dose. He said she should have me something stronger. He thank me for my military service & he didn’t even charge me. Don’t come here!!! Instead of a star I wish I could give this place a hazard sign. AFC is near by so go there.

The front desk clerks ARE ABSOLUTELY horrible. They have the worst attitudes and gets irritated when you ask questions. This is the first incident but I’m finding it to be a common thing with them. They DO NOT have customers service skills and lack compassion and empathy. Doctors are great there but it just the front office staff is the worse. I’m in the process of switching doctors due to this continuous issues. They need a WHOLE different staff. It ridiculous. If I can give 000000 stars I would because they DONT deserve 1 star!!!

Melanie Fombang is the worst doctor. She should be fired. I paid for my services and they did not want to prescribe me my antibiotics. Even After they told me my bone was infected. She said “let the hospital prescribe you more medicine if needed” Yea , what a great urgent care… Worst urgent care I have been to. Seats are torn. Equipment is half broken. I do not recommend anyone go to this place. And this is not towards the front office staff. They helped me pretty well.
