Tonight I was seen by Dr. Lascuna, he was extremely thorough, caring, and respectful. He was genuinely concerned and listened to my wife and me, the front desk assistant was also very kind and helpful to us. I really appreciated the kindness and support from everyone here. What an awesome experience. Quick online check-in process saved the uncomfortable wait in an urgent care waiting room that I was used to. Super clean facility and amazing staff. The nurse and doctor were very friendly and efficient. You can tell they loved their jobs and genuinely want to help people feel better. This was the best part of my day. I will definitely be back when my family needs urgent care in the future!
