Carolyn Carlson's Online Review Report Card

We saw Dr. Carlson back in November with our 2 year old while he was fighting a persistent URI. Dr. Carlson was very professional and very knowledgeable, we felt our son was safe under her care. The bonus is that her staff, from the front desk to the nurses are all very professional and personable. They know how to talk to a toddler to ease his stress of being at a clinic. We promptly made Dr. Carlson his pediatrician.

My daughter has been her patient for over three years. We travel across Houston to see her because she is so awesome. Dr. Carlson is caring, bright, and compassionate. She will take the time to listen to your concerns and shows great insight into your child’s care. She responds quickly to emails, the wait time is short and her nurses are great too. I highly recommend her.

OMG! My kids have been with Dr. Carlson for well over 10 years. Both are over 18 now and I'm getting so nervous! Fortunately, Dr. Carlson can still see them both. She has been a God-send! She is so very thorough, kind, and firm all at the same time. She truly believes in the health and well-being of her patients. And she either REALLY knows them or she makes sure to put little anecdotal notes in that computer because the never fails to say something that makes me go, "wow! how does she remember that!" I simply cannot say enough about what an incredible Dr. she has been and how grateful I am to have found her!

Dr. Carlson is Wonderful I wouldn’t take my children to anyone else and they LOVE her. She is very thorough. She listens to her patients and the parents concerns. She is very personable and she give each patient 100%! We are blessed to have her as our Doctor!

Dr C has a special touch with kids. She is the best pedi doc I have ever used. She takes care of my son & autistic daughter, she is very knowledgable on ASD. I knew my daughter had developmental delays, but Dr C was quick to pick up on all the signs to know my daughter was autistic. Early detection and intervention has helped my daughter thrive. I like that I can email her w/questions & get a quick response. Same day sick visits & the nurses are also great & patient with my autistic daughter.

She's thorough, knowledgeable and straight forward. I'll continue taking my kids to Dr Carlson.

Each time we visited this Dr. It was an hour and a half before we were done . Pack a lunch for The kids if your going here. Next visits were also an hour plus. Our time with doc twenty min average. Dr almost messed up flu vaccine type for my 18month old. Nurse caught it though.Dr comes in and asks a chain of preset questions each time. Doc is good with kids and does spend time in exams and with concerns but the wait overrides that card. Dr had some opinions I disagreed with. ..such as treatment of cradle cap..blab blab blab I find Kelsey seybold treats the masses. Felt like cattle. Finding a new more personal place.

Dr. C is truely amazing.

I met Dr. Carlson the day after I had my son. She was so sweet and down to earth at the hospital, that I just had to find out where her office was. My son is now four years old and he is still a patient of Dr. Carlson. She is terrific. She takes her time talking to not only me, but him as well. She listens, examines, questions and explains. My children have had a wonderful doctor since birth and I was VERY hesitant when the insurance company changed to Kelsey Seybold. The the time I called to make an appointment, everyone took their time to make sure I was satisfied. Dr. Carlson spent over an hour with my children getting a thorough background and asking lots of questions. She explained everything she did and every test she recommended. When drawing blood, the lab technician was great and when my daughter went for x-rays, the x-ray technician was wonderful.
