Love love Cole Pediatric Therapy! I was anxious about how my son would do, but after a few sessions with Ms. Shilpa I could see his speech improving! My son loved every time he knew he was going to see her! It’s only been two weeks since he graduated and no longer needs therapy but he has asked when we’re going back. Ms. Shilpa is kinda, understanding and patient, just amazing all the way around! We also saw another therapist I believe her name was Lauren, I maybe wrong, but she was just the same! Thank you so much Ms. Shilpa, it was a short while but we won’t ever forget you!

This place is a total and complete joke. We never even had the luxury of seeing a therapist because they could not manage to get my daughter scheduled even though her referral was marked as urgent over two weeks ago. A week ago I called to see what the status was and they told me they had been calling the wrong phone number for me. Which it seems like common sense that you would call her pediatrician for a correct phone number? Especially if the phone seemed disconnected. My daughter has fallen extremely behind because of their lack of competency and I do not recommend anyone to start the process with this provider. I can’t speak for the actual therapist themselves but getting an appointment scheduled is a complete nightmare and these women should not even have jobs at this point.

I wanted to know if there is anyway to change clinic appointments to at home therapy appointments? I feel more comfortable that my daughter is in surrounding she knows

My son loves Miss Lauren (speech therapist) and Miss Tammy (Occupational Therapy.) They have done well with him and are always thorough. The therapists here are prompt and make sure to update you after every session.The front office staff are very friendly too. We drive an hour one way for these appointments and I will say it's worth it!

Week days receptionists are very rude and disorganized.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Cole Pediatric and my son's OT therapist Ms. Amanda. Amanda is a knowledgeable, passionate, dedicated, most professional therapist. She is also funny, caring, and all around beautiful soul. My son has been with her for about a year and he has made amazing strides thanks to Amanda. We are truly beyond blessed to have met her and to have her work with our son. He lights up and is always ready to take her hand and head off to therapy. Ms. Amanda knows her stuff I tell you and has become one of my son's greatest assets and friend. Amanda listens not only to you but has this super shero power to transform into the friend, confident, educator my son needs. Without Ms. Amanda I truly don't believe my son would have progressed the way he has. Cole Pediatric along with Ms. Amanda in OT have been our" bridge over troubled water" we are forever grateful and thankful for all they have done and continue to do for our sweet boy.
