Overall the doctors and staff are very efficient and friendly.I would recommend to family and friends.The minus 1 star is I felt doctor was rushed and a bit impatient.

Im a 69 year old cancer patient who went to see dr carpenter. I only got to see him once since going there. I have made appointments with him but got pushed to a pa,which is ok,but after trying to refill Prescriptions that were just issued to me ,they denied them saying i had to come in for a visit. I was just there 3 weeks ago for Prescription refills!!! And the dr i saw,burch is the one who denied them. Also was just i formed by a very rude receptionist that they dont take calls for refills from pharmacies.

Dr. Carpenter is a very good doctor he spends time explaining. And answering questions. I would most definitely recommend him.

I've always have had a pleasant experience with Dr Carpenters office. My whole family has used him for years and we are very pleased with the service. Grant you, sometimes we've had to wait longer than hoped for, but the wait is well worth the quality of service. If you're looking for a quality family Doctor, look no further.

Dr. Carpenter always prompt and always gives you the best information I had another doctor for about 20 years over the years I got less and less trustworthy having dr. Carpenter has regained my trust and I feel that he actually cares. And the staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The Mask situation makes out a little difficult but we'll deal with that.

Very nice employees the nurses that ladies at the front desk doctor was great if you have any question they will be more than happy to answer them or direct you to the person that can help
