The moment I began my surgery process with Dr. Ortega he was very patient and informative all the way. He was immense help, and I can't recommend him enough. The surgery itself was done well, and has healed greatly. Before during and after Dr. Ortega was very calm and collected. And that on its own made me feel better. He also didn't pressure my recovery, he helped me stay out of work and stay home to recover until I was ready and he really cared about how I felt. Lastly he kept my family up to date the day of the surgery, and they really appreciated it. Thanks again Dr. Ortega.

Doctor of pain! He didn't do the right test. Then start cutting & removing the gallbladders later I was told was perfectly healthy. Ended up have another surgery the next day the reason why I was in pain. End up with unnecessary scar tissue and the lost of my gallbladder.

Dr Ortega operated on my wife to remove a tumor from the right side of her colon wall. The surgery was so successful that she was out of the hospital in two days. Dr Ortega was very thorough and professional in everything he did. He visited my wife on Saturday and Sunday at the hospital, which is unheard of where we come from. His communication skills are superb and his bedside manor is exceptional. In my opinion Dr Ortega is an outstanding surgeon, and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you for your care and compassion.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have had Dr. Ortega as my surgeon recently. His surgical skills are clearly evident, his thoroughness throughout the entire process—from the initial consultation to the explanation of pathology results, coupled with top-notch professionalism and his compassionate care—enabled me to undergo the surgery with little anxiety. One week after surgery, I credit my great and almost painless recovery to the wonderful care Dr. Ortega provided. His office staff is incredible. I thank each of them for the manner in which I was received and how efficiently they handled the business part of this experience.
