Madeline Hunt's Online Review Report Card

She was very nice, competent, and thorough. Being a part of the medical field, we can be the worst patients. So, having someone come in, and get right down to it, is a plus.

She very efficient and knowledgeable . Great personality and makes her patients feel very comfortable.

Dr. Hunt has a great demeanor and made me feel welcomed. Dr. Hunt looked over all of my records and listen and answered all of my questions. Dr. Hunt didn't rush me, even when I had that very last question- 50 times!! The staff was great and understanding. Thank you Dr Hunt for meeting with me and giving me the tools to move forward in my health journey.

Dr Hunt is an excellent Doctor. Durning my appointment with her, she is very focus on my issues and concerns. She is always prompt, when I messages her, about my medication or with any concern. She is never in a rush during my visits with her. I would definitely refer my family and friends to her!!

Doctor is in such a hurry that her services constitute borderline malpractice. My wife had a wellness check up which involved a breast exam and pap smear. The doctor prodded my wife's breast three quick times and never even bothered asking about the 3 inch lumpectomy scar or any of her other past history. My wife also mentioned that she has a shoulder problem that prevents her from making certain movements. The doctor's response was " if it doesn't hurt, I'd just continue to go about your day". She didn't even bother to look at the fact that her shoulder blades are about three inches offset in height. This unfortunately counts as our one free wellness check up for the year covered by our insurance. Because this doctor's wellness check ups are not so cleverly disguised as "come back and talk to me again when I can charge you more" visits, we will not only be changing doctors immediately, but also following up to ensure that she receives zero compensation for the zero-quality services she rendered.

I wish that I would've read the reviews before scheduling an appointment with her. Almost the exact scenario happened to me as in other reviews, she didn't wanted to hear my concerns and asked, "Can we address this at your follow up appointment?" I added all of my concerns in the "reason for my visit" section but I guess that didn't really matter. Mind you I have had no health issues in the past and now this is happening I am scared out of my mind because I don't know what is going on with my body. This is the reason that I haven't been to the doctor regular because I can't find one who actually cares about my concerns. I received several phone calls today to see if I could come in earlier so maybe she was rushing but if that was the case she should've just rescheduled. I have already scheduled my follow up appointment with another physician but wanted to help someone else who may be in my position.

My recent visit with Dr. Hunt was very nice! Dr. Hunt was professional, caring and friendly!

Dr.Hunt had some a fair share of good reviews which led me to choose her for my appointment today (April 21) at 4:45pm. I was originally scheduled for yesterday at 4:45pm and received a call asking if I could come in earlier in which I declined due to my work schedule but did agree to reschedule to the next day ( Which was today) felt rushed, she didn’t care to hear my concerns. I listed my reasons for my visit upon scheduling the appointment on the my Kelsey patient portal. 5 minutes into my visit the provider ordered lab on me along with a back X-ray and I asked if I was getting a leg X-ray in which she responded’ you didn’t tell me about your leg’. I informed her that it was listed on my reason for scheduling, she looked disappointed and then looked at my leg quickly then agreed to order a X-ray. When she asked my concerns I joked and said ‘ I have several, your probably going to regret me as a patient’, she responded very quickly by saying ‘ We aren’t here today for all your concerns , there’s no time for that’ . I said ‘ I was just joking and chuckled. Apparently she wasn’t in the mood and kept a straight face and kept typing. I work for a hospital myself , after working 12 hours went to my appointment and still had customer service in mind , needless to say Dr. Hunt will never be my choice of provider at Kelsey if I return for future care. I opted Kelsey because I work from home and live 10 minutes away but quality care and manors is very important to me as a patient.
