If I could leave no stars, I would. I had the worst experience with this doctor. She's rude, as she mumbled something under her breath as I was talking to her about my mental health concerns. She was uninterested in my overall health. I left with unanswered questions. Her demeanor is cold and dismissive. None of the traits you'd want in a doctor. If you're considering her, please do some more research and locate another doctor.
Dr Cross was so un-interested in me or my issue at all. She showed no concern for my health issue. She did not introduce herself. She barely spoke to me. I had to ask questions to understand what my next steps were and she still left me wondering what was going to happen next and when. Kelsey Seybold, this doctor definitely is not improving the Kelsey name.
Absolutely the coldest doctor I have ever met. 😭 Had her assistant Rosie not been so kind I would have left in tears.
On of the worse experiences I have had with doctors for a while. Asking questions in a rude way, didn’t even care about my well-being. Cold, rude and uninterested to be your doctor. It’s a shame that’s the kind of doctor Kelsey-Seybold employ
Dismissive & rude. Would not recommend. The 5 minutes I spent in her company were unpleasant. She took no interest in what I said, or my symptoms. She clearly needs to retire if she hates working with patients this much.
Horrible service horrible dr! Rushed us out the office because it was a Friday. Did not address all concerns. Didn't send in right medication to pharmacy. Didn't listen to patient. Did not follow hippa rules . Was very harsh would not listen and physical exam was rough! She didn't know what she was doing. Never had this bad of a experience with a Dr and she is worth every bad review I will put out ...
I was able to get an appointment the same day which was important because I was sick. Her staff members were professional and she was not only professional and addressed my issues but did it with a smile. I felt comfortable talking to her. This was my third appointment.
I appreciate her experience. As an older woman of 62 years I was grateful for her thoroughness and kindness during our visit. She is well informed and very helpful and caring.
Kind and caring
I watched the video about her on the Kelsey-Seybold website and thought she would be very helpful. My experience was just the opposite. Dr. Cross-Shokes seemed completely uninterested in me and my problems from the moment she walked in the room. It was particularly off-putting for me because I had come to talk about a sensitive subject, weight loss, that I was seeking serious advice on. She only had a "duh" answer for me ("are you counting calories?"), with nothing else to say when I asked for more specific guidance. She continued with the physical I had also come for. Nothing was explained to me. She barely spoke a word to me. I had no idea what she was doing or going to do next, except orders to lay down, sit up, turn, etc. I had told her I didn't need the pap smear, but she went ahead a did it anyway, without telling me what she was doing, because the nurse had already "got it ready." At one point she became annoyed that my baby was fussing and told me she would leave the room for me to "feed her or whatever she needs." I don't think I've ever had anyone be so rude about my baby crying in public. She was teething, so there was nothing I could do to soothe her at that moment except hold her. When I had to put her back down to continue the rest of the exam, the doctor rushed through it, almost without a word, and left the room immediately, leaving the nurse to mumble some instructions which I think meant I was done and should get dressed. I did, then I sat there wondering what I should do next. A few minutes later, the doctor came back in, handed me some unexplained papers, a told me to go downstairs and get my labs done. It was the most disorienting and unhelpful doctor visit I've ever had.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
