Syed Shahid's Online Review Report Card

Unprofessional Office personnel. I’m on the phone explaining the situation to one person and another older woman takes the phone and is extremely snappy. The first girl was just impatient and not readily available to listen. So rude. I’m sure the doctor is lovely but front desk is not.

Horrible communication. My 1st vist was deplorable. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and hope my last experience was a fluke so I went again today. Nope, still very unprofessional blaming the miscommunication on me. DO NOT GO HERE

My blood test was taken, a little over a week I initiated a call to see if the results have arrived. According to Wellspire's office, the result has been received but Shahid hasn't read it. The following day I called to ask if he has read it, I was told Shahid is out and won't return til the following Monday. If I have to wait for him to return to his office HOPING to receive a call from him it would be exactly two weeks from the time I took the blood test.The second time I called the last who answered the call made an excuse that my result isn't in yet because of the backlog at laboratories, NOT knowing I am aware that my blood result is in. Also, I had another blood test from another doctor's office 2 days after I took one at Wellspire and I have already received the result from that doctor's office. Hmmm, service? Concern for the patient???? Hmmmm???

Able to be seen last minute and he is such the nicest guy. Never had any problems with the staff.

He was recommended by my primary care physician. He was very thorough, and he helped me to improve my health with my first visit. He was kind, understanding, sympathetic, and very specific about the direction i should take for my health care.

I was able to get in and out in no time which was very nice! Dr. Syed is amazing!

The first appointment I had at this office was a week ago today and everyone was great at the facility all smiling faces and very warm. However, this appointment went south. I walked in, checked in, paid my copay and sat down. The door opened with a nurse, short salt and pepper hair with glasses, it sounded it like she called my name and there was another patient that asked for the last name of the patient that she was calling and she very rudely said, "well theres nobody else in here with the name kristen is there?" He stayed quiet and I walked up to her, no smile on her face, and said, "you're not Kristen." I turned around after walking through the door and asked her again for the last name. She then turned away from me and called the last name which was not me. I sat back down and did not hear an apology for the rudeness nor the miscommunication. I work in a customer service industry and it would be great if I got the same service as I am expected at my job. If you're going to be rude and not have a smile on your face then maybe you need to look for a different kind of career where you do not have to work the general public.

Dr . Shahid is a patient, knowledge Doctor. I wouldn't even think about going any place else.

My first visit I was very expressed. Dr. Shahid took the time to listen to me and explained everything too me.
