Do not go here, they are never open for business as stated on the door or Google. Also, I called to check the business hours and the lady locked the doors over an hour early and hide in the back office, wasted trip!! Went to another doctor instead...this location should have zero stars for this type of service!

Because of COVID-19 restrictions, I was fortunate to get a Saturday appointment. Dr Bertsch and Melanie are delightful and gave me their undivided attention. Very clean and accommodating facility. 👍

My wife went here once. She said the Doctor was good but had issues actually getting her contacts. Needed to make an appointment for my 2 children. No one would ever answer the phone. Left at least 4 messages over a 2 week period. Not one call back. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Wow. I used to love this place, but the doctor had an accident one day and now doesn't have appointments on the weekends or after TWO PM!!! How, in a pandemic, am I supposed to go to the eye doctor WITHOUT MY KIDS? What's a stay at home mom supposed to do? My husband gets home at 3:30, earlier than the average, and there's still no way that helps. This is ridiculous. Why would any business person do this to themselves?!

I was here 2 years ago, and I STILL remember the horrible experience that I had which is out of the norm for me because I usually forget about bad experiences but this one was extremely bad and unprofessional. It looks 5 weeks to get my contacts. The front office staff told me I didn't have to come out of pocket for my contacts (which has never happened before so I thought it was weird) and my contacts would be here in a week. A week later, I went to pick them up the girl "claims" she mailed them to me but I never received anything by mail. (weird) Then she said she would re-order them and guess what, I never got them. THREE weeks later after I had to go back up there and basically let them know I was mad all of a sudden my contacts appear and yes I had insurance. I would not send my worst enemy there.

Don't waste your time. they never answer the phone and don't return calls when you leave messages. Between me and my wife we left at least 4 messages to get an appointment for my kids. Not one call back.

I have been going to Today's Vision in Atascocita for years. Dr. Bertsch is a good person who helps me through a difficult eye exam every year. I have difficulties putting anything close to my eyes. Even with this problem, she nails my prescription every time. Her office manager, Melody, is very professional and helps get the right glasses for my face shape and coloring. Dr. Bertsch and Melody are two wonderful ladies that I will continue to see every year.
