the physicians are terrific its the staff that does not follow through. They will not complete forms andor will send INCOMPLETE that require prior authorization such as specialty devices. The insurance carrier sends alternative options such as electronic or telephonic options repeatedly that are ignored. Weekly calls to this practice to address this matter only result in the same answer of form completed last month. Never get a call back cannot speak with the physician or make an appointment to see in person. Will not provide email of physician to communicate with either.The turn around of clinical staff is high which means there is an issue. if you can bypass the staff and go straight to the physician let us know your strategy
